Interlibrary Services Window on Library North 2 Closed
As of Monday, May 16, 2005, the window into the Interlibrary Services (ILS) office on Library North 2 will be closed as a public service point.
Since the implementation of ILLiad (web-based loan requesting) last fall, questions asked at the window have become 95% directional or asking to borrow office supplies. As the University Library moves toward renovations on that floor, ILS staff will be moving into non-public quarters. This change will better allow them to concentrate on interlibrary borrowing and lending duties.
If you have interlibrary loan questions, there are several options. ILLiad policies and procedures are online at http://www.library.gsu.edu/ils . General questions can be answered by Reference or Circulation Desk staff. Researchers may also send an email to libill@langate.gsu.edu, phone the ILS Office at 404-651-2475, or set up an appointment with them.
