The Voice of the Customer (VOC) program is MARTA’s flagship survey for customer experience measurement and improvement, guided by rigorous data collection, robust analytics, and a highly engaged cross departmental governance structure. The program integrates survey science, rider feedback, operational expertise, and executive level reporting to drive system wide enhancements in cleanliness, reliability, safety, and ease of use. Revamped in 2025, the program has collected over 20,000 customer responses, including both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
