On Friday, April 10, 2009, at 2 p.m. in the Exchange (Library South, room 106), Cynthia Hall from Georgia State University’s Office of Legal Affairs will discuss the new Board of Regents’ Copyright Policy. The primary focus of this presentation is the use of copyright materials by an instructor and fair use guidelines. The presentation will cover copyright issues, fair use determinations, and the TEACH Act.
