ProQuest has reported that users are encountering problems retrieving documents after performing searches within ProQuest databases. Users are able to see search results, but selecting links to the full record, Find It, or other linking options results in the following error message:
4000: ProQuest is unable to retrieve the requested document at this time. Please try again.
