GALILEO Quick Search in Production

Dear GALILEO Users,
GALILEO is pleased to announce the production launch of GALILEO Quick
Search BETA. Beginning on Tuesday, March 28th, GALILEO Quick Search
BETA will be available from the GALILEO homepage. Quick Search utilizes
the WebFeat federated search product and provides users the ability to
search across multiple online library resources simultaneously. GALILEO
Quick Search BETA is currently in demonstration at the following URL:

Although there are no new computer configurations necessary for GALILEO
Quick Search BETA, for optimal use of Quick Search and GALILEO, please
see the Computer Configuration Instructions for GALILEO Users:

It may also be important to update any firewalls, proxy servers,
Internet security software, and Internet filtering software exception
lists to allow seamless access to all GALILEO resources including Quick
