Factiva Database Unavailable Sept 4th-5th
Factiva will be performing scheduled maintenance on their core systems from 2 p.m. Saturday, September 4th to 7 a.m. Sunday, September 5th. During this time, all Factiva Products will be offline.
Schedule (all times in Eastern Daylight Time):
- 2 p.m. Saturday, September 4th to 7 a.m. Sunday, September 5th All Factiva Products will be offline during this period.
- At 7 a.m. on Sunday morning, all products will be available and we will start processing queued content. By 2 p.m. on Sunday all content will be up to date.
IMPORTANT Factiva will provide an alternate site to search a limited set of Factiva content during the outage. Factiva Search will be available for searching and retrieval only. The interface to this 120-day static archive of news content is simple, intuitive and the content is current to the beginning of the maintenance period.
This service will NOT offer the range of tools available in Factiva, including Start Page, Search Builder, Track folders, News Pages and Company Reports & Market Data.
Track Folders: All alerting via e-mail will be unavailable. This includes Track Folders. However, any relevant content will be delivered once the platform goes live again on Sunday, September 5th at 7:00 a.m. EDT
