Encyclopedia of Life Sciences (ELS)

Access is now available on the Georgia State University campus to the Encyclopedia of Life Sciences (ELS) online. This resource integrates current theory, practice and understanding of all basic and many applied aspects of the life sciences, with particular emphasis on cell and molecular biology and its relevance to medicine. ELS offers both the student and specialist appropriate search and retrieval facilities and multimedia features. Articles on the electronic version will be regularly updated with at least 20% of the material completely updated in a given year.
