‘Introduction to IEEE Xplore’ workshop at the library

Jalyn Kelley, IEEE (Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers) Client Services Manager will present an ‘Introduction to IEEE Xplore’— a database that contains over 2.8 million full-text journal articles, proceedings from over 900 annual conferences, and over 2000 IEEE standards, covering over a third of the technical literature in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.

Jalyn will cover topics such as basic and advanced searching and Xplore features such as saved search alerts, downloading citations into bibliographic citation databases, affiliation searching, and finding article pre-prints. Note – there will also be an IEEE promotional table in the Computer Science Building (34 Peachtree Street), 14th floor at 12:00-1:00pm.
