The GSU Library has some excellent resources for researching and writing a business plan.  Search the Gale Virtual Reference Library database for sample business plans.  Tablebase is an excellent database for finding consumer product market share information.  Figure out the local market or competition with business lists from ReferenceUSA.  For information on how to use these databases – and much more — check out the Small Business & Entrepreneurship Research Guide or contact a Business Librarian for a consultation.
