NCBI BioSystems – A biological pathways database is now integrated into NCBI's Entrez system
The NCBI BioSystems, a new biological pathways database is now public. The BioSystems Database currently contains biological pathways from two source databases, KEGG and the EcoCyc subset of BioCyc. BioSystems can be searched directly or accessed via links from other NCBI databases such as Entrez Gene, Protein, PubChem Compound, and more.
