New Look for ILLiad
The Interlibrary Loan request system, ILLiad, has been updated with a new look and several new features.
- The biggest change is that you’ll be presented with a list of your outstanding requests when you log in. Note: If the status is “Request Sent” this means your request has been sent to another library. This status is confusing because it sounds like the request could have been sent to you, but actually we’re still waiting for it to come.
- Main menu links are on the left side of the screen and will also appear on each subsequent page you view. A new link on the left is “Notifications,” which lets you check for recent e-mails we have sent regarding your requests.
- Other new features on the main page include an area for announcements on the right, and a search box at the top where you can search for any request-active or completed– by keyword(s). “Subscribe to Alerts Feed” allows for instant notification of special announcements.
