Intermittent problems accessing GALILEO databases
Dear GALILEO Users,
Users are currently experiencing intermittent access problems when trying to access online databases through GALILEO. Users are encountering an error message:
Can’t call method “get_bvec” on an undefined value at /galileo/door/cgi-bin/perlib/Ultimate/Results.pm line 261.
This problem is isolated to one of the GALILEO servers. Users who are not routed to the “Andromeda” server will not experience this problem. We are currently working to fix the problems on this server.
