Thirteenth Annual Holiday Book & Toy Drive
The University Library will be collecting donations of books and toys to benefit the pediatric patients at Hughes Spalding Children’s Hospital, Grady Hospital’s children’s facility. Donations will go to children who have special medical or developmental needs.
The staff at the Periodicals Service Center on the 3rd Floor of Library North will accept donations of new, unwrapped items until Wednesday, December 15.
Suggested items for donation are:
- New children’s books, in English and/or Spanish (for ages infant-16 yrs.)
- Books on tape/CD
- Cuddly toys (stuffed animals, soft dolls, etc.)
- Teething toys
- Developmental toys
- Art/craft supplies
