Morna J. M. Gerrard recently was promoted to the position of Women’s Collections/Processing Archivist. Gerrard has worked at the University Library since 1999, most recently as Archival Associate. She obtained an M.L.I.S. from Clark Atlanta University (2003), and an M.A. in history from Edinburgh University Scotland (1989). Her professional memberships include the Academy of Certified Archivists, the Society of American Archivists, and the American Library Association.

 

Carla Y. McClellan recently was hired as Human Resources Coordinator. McLellan earned a B.B.A. degree in finance from Georgia State University in 1997. McClellan brings to her new position more than 15 years of experience in the field including 13 years of service at Southern Mills, Inc., an industrial textile manufacturer, where she served most recently as superintendent.

 

Natalie M. Wood-Jones recently was hired as Library Technical Assistant. She previously was a student assistant in the Cataloging Department. Wood-Jones will obtain her B.A. from Georgia State in 2004.
