The Budget of the United States Government for FY 2003 is now available via GPO Access. It was transmitted to Congress on February 4, 2002, and covers the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2002. The FY 2003 budget documents include the Budget of the United States Government, Appendix, Analytical Perspectives, Historical Tables, and Budget System and Concepts.
