The Student Library Advisory Council Needs You! (Atlanta Campus)

Apply today to join the Student Library Advisory Council, an excellent service opportunity open to both undergraduate and graduate students interested in helping shape the future of the Atlanta campus library.

What’s the time commitment? Typically, two or three scheduled meetings per semester, with other opportunities for providing feedback and input to library leadership. Each spring semester, this group assists the library in ranking Student Technology Fee proposals for the following year.

Interested students should email Bryan Sinclair, Library Associate Dean for Public Services, at bsinclair@gsu.edu with a brief personal statement indicating:

(a) what you hope to learn or gain by serving;
(b) what you hope to contribute by serving; and
(c) your major or intended major and anticipated graduation date

Deadline is September 10now October 8.
