Bookeye is a walk-up scanning system that allows for easy and quick scanning of books, journals, and other print documents. Documents are scanned face up, allowing for facing pages to be scanned as a spread and for several pages to be scanned in a matter of minutes. Once the images are scanned, users can save documents to USB, send to email, upload to cloud storage, or download to a device using a QR code.
The first of two scanning stations is available on the first floor of Library North. A second scanner will be installed on the second floor of Library North in the coming weeks.
