We the People…

222 years old and it’s still amazing! Constitution Day will be observed this year on September 16. The day commemorates the signing of the U.S. Constitution on September 17, 1789. The Constitution established the United States Government and  throughout the country there will be celebrations, including Campus events.

The Library of Congress has created a website for Constitution Day with teaching resources; links to primary resources and a webcast.  You should also take a look at the National Constitution Center, this museum has an Interactive Constitution! The Georgia State Library also has a research guide on the U.S. Constitution, look here for books, databases and resources for your research on the Constitution.
