New Poet Laureate: Philip Levine

The Library of Congress has appointed Philip Levine as Poet Laureate of the United States. To find out more about Mr. Levine’s career, see The Christian Science Monitor’s article Philip Levine: the “proletariat poet” . You may read his works in the University Library such as his most recent poem collection entitled,  News of the World: poems.
