Enhancements to the Cochrane Library
In response to user feedback Wiley has introduced a series of enhancements to facilitate full-text searching of the Cochrane Library:
- Searching by field label is now available
- Searches can now be saved to a user’s desk-top in a Word or other document
- The display of search results has also been further improved
- Simplified searching for hyphenated terms has been refined
(e.g. searching evidence retrieves the terms evidence based and evidence-based) - Search terms are no longer case sensitive
(e.g. searching for Liver retrieves both the terms Liver and liver) - Improved author searching – recognition of accents and umlauts in authors’ names
