Working Women's Activism Brown-bag Lecture is Oct. 28

University Library Special Collections Department presents Working Women Vote for Change: Activities in and Around Atlanta, a brown-bag discussion with Cindia Cameron, noon-1 p.m., Thursday, October 28, 2004, in the Library South eighth floor Colloquium Room. Cameron is organizing director of the 9to5 National Association of Working Women, dedicated to putting working women’s issues on the public agenda and working to strengthen women’s ability to win economic justice. She will discuss her association’s activism and work in Atlanta and share information about the 2004 Election Connection. This event is free and open to the public.
