New Furniture is on Bridges

With the support of the Georgia State student body, new furniture recently was placed on the third and fourth-floor bridges which connect University Libraries North and South. The additional furniture is part of the Library Transformation project to renovate nearly every square inch of the University Libraries.

Boasting wireless network connections, floor-to-ceiling windows, plenty of natural light, and wonderful views of campus, the bridges have long been a preferred study area of many library patrons; now each one also offers seven tables and more comfortable, upholstered seating for 28 people.
