Women of Valor – Quilt Exhibit
“Women of Valor” Quilt Exhibit, gallery of Special Collections (Library South, 8th floor). The Legacy Quilt brings together the images of eleven Jewish women whose advocacy for women’s rights and social justice in Atlanta between 1850 and 1950 stands as a legacy for today’s generations.
Presentation by Pat Pugrant, Special Collections (Library South, 8th floor).
Pat Pugrant, docent William Breman Jewish Heritage Museum, will discuss the making of the quilt and the stories behind each panel.
