Preparing for Pandemonium: Civil Defense, Yesterday and Today

“Preparing for Pandemonium: Civil Defense, Yesterday and Today.”

The exhibit featured books, music, and photographs, plus Cold War artifacts from our archives including a Geiger counter, pictures of the University’s own fallout shelter, and a sample of trinitite (a glass-like byproduct of the first-ever nuclear blast in New Mexico in 1945). The exhibit was on display in Library North through October.
