The Changing Face of Leadership

You may have noticed some big news in the business world the past few weeks — women have moved into some very high-profile leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies.  Meg Whitman was recently named President & CEO of Hewlett-Packard and, effective January 2012, Virginia Rometty becomes CEO of IBM, making her the first female CEO in that company’s 100 year history.
