Copyright Lawsuit: No Department of Justice Amicus Brief
Earlier this month the Department of Justice requested a filing extension to consider whether to file a brief in support of the Plaintiffs or neither party in the appeal of the GSU copyright lawsuit. The Department of Justice has determined that the United States will not be filing an amicus brief in this case.
