Ph.D. Nursing Student Nicole Davis named a National Hartford Centers of Gerontological Nursing Excellence Scholar

Announced by the Byrdine F. Lewis School of Nursing and Health Professions:

The National Hartford Centers of Gerontological Nursing Excellence Award Program recognizes Nicole Davis for her strong plan for research in gerontological nursing and urinary incontinence and for her commitment to a career in this highly relevant field. Davis has received several awards and funding for her work, in addition to having three publications. Davis is the fourth National Hartford Centers of Gerontological Nursing Excellence Patricia G. Archbold Scholar in Georgia and the second Lewis School of Nursing and Health Professions student to receive the prestigious award. The University Library is proud to support such a high level of research here at GSU.

Nicole Davis’ article: “Supportive approaches for Alzheimer Disease” was published inĀ  Nurse Practitioner. Before it moves up to the third floor of library north it can be found in the current periodicals on the first floor of Library North. Nurse Practitioner call number is: Per. RT1 .N756.
