Word 2010 and EndNote
EndNote users may experience compatibility issues with Word 2010. Below is some information that should help.
EndNote X4.02 is the only version of EndNote that is compatible with Word 2010. Users running an older version will have to update to EndNote X4.0.2.
If you are already using EndNote X4 you can install the update from the EndNote program by clicking Help –> EndNote program updates and following the prompts.
If you are using EndNote X3 or earlier you will have to uninstall that version and install EndNote X4.0.2. Georgia State University students, faculty and staff can download a copy for free here.
